Curriculum

Gifted as we are with one of the most culturally and geographically-diverse cities in the world, the Argo Navis curriculum seamlessly integrates into our L.A. community where we partner with organizations and experts in various fields to bring unique learning opportunities and experiences to our students, starting with weekly field trips in preschool and weekly field studies in elementary.

Although our schools are physically located in the mid-Wilshire district, the city of Los Angeles truly is our campus. What better way to develop inquisitive, compassionate and global citizens than by thoroughly exploring the city outside our front door?

Core Curriculum for Middle School, Elementary &  Preschool

Argo Navis pedagogy is founded in decades of academic research while simultaneously utilizing cutting-edge resources to meet the needs of each of our students. Our approach is inspired by experts in their respective fields with a strong emphasis on global education and project-based learning. Subjects are integrated into engaging coursework.

Our students’ learning spaces are designed to be interactive, engaging, and age-appropriate to fuel their desire to understand the world around them. Classes and projects are focused on empowering students to ask questions, develop ownership around their education, and develop a love for lifelong learning. Our pedagogy is rooted in both traditional and experiential methods to encourage students to find their passions and to become involved citizens at every age.
